Vice Versa
We started as a home hairdresser named Vice Versa your home hairdresser in the Hoeksche Waard region and drove throughout the Hoeksche Waard. In early November in the year 2021, the hair salon within nursing home Alerimus came my way. I looked at it and talked about it and in November 2021 I stopped home hairdressing and then focused entirely on my hair salon within nursing home Alerimus in Numansdorp, South Holland. Both residents of nursing home Alerimus in Numansdorp (Hoeksche Waard) and people from outside are welcome in my hair salon. We have therefore changed our name and logo to Vice Versa your hairdresser in the Hoeksche Waard region.
The transition to a hair salon within Alerimus nursing home was not without its challenges. For loyal home clients, it meant a change in their usual routine. No longer did we go to them, but now they were invited to come to the hair salon. This unexpected shift in business dynamics led to the loss of some customers. But what makes this story truly special is the overwhelming support of most customers. Despite the new location, many chose to stay with us, a testament to the strong bond and appreciation they feel for us. It was heartwarming to see loyalty and trust prevail. We are very happy about that!
The move to digitization
The transition from home hairdresser to hair salon brought not only physical changes, but also the need for optimized business processes. In that quest for efficiency and improving the customer experience, we originally used Salonized. While this platform certainly had its value, we lacked a faster and better checkout service. Therefore, we decided to make a change. We switched to Amy as our booking platform and have an external POS system in use. We are making immediate progress that customers perceive as positive. Amy has proven to be a valuable partner, not only because of its cost effectiveness, but also because of the service we received during the switch and with all our questions and needs.
The collaboration with Aimy
