Androgynous
I am Joffrey Conings owner of Androgyn and also Global Ambassador for Keune. Androgyn was born when four friends combined their ideas and talents. What began as a creative concept around hair, photography, fashion, perception and expression grew into a globally recognized label. Today, Androgyn is known for its numerous awards and prestigious collaborations. The beating heart of the brand is in Antwerp, where it has become a fixture on the creative scene.
Androgyn specializes in total looks, so we really look with the client at what is being worn, what the wishes are in order to really bring out the personality.
Now that everything happens online it is much quieter
What we ran into was that we were always disturbed while working in the salon because the phone would ring or clients would come in to make an appointment. Now that is much quieter because everything is done online, so if it is quieter in the salon then we are a little bit quieter too, and so are the clients.
The biggest plus is crossbooks
The biggest plus with Aimy is that you can also crossbook, so a customer can choose; you choose to color at Joffrey, but I want to cut at my colleague Onno. Previously, in the other system we were using that was not possible, so it was always just going to the same hairdresser and now cross-booking is possible, which is much easier for us.
Switching to Aimy
When we started using Aimy Salon Software, Aimy came by the salon and walked with us, explained the system and really went along to see that everything was running smoothly, like with the cash register, but also with the online appointments. I was very happy with that.
