In December 2021, the dream of the two sisters Mariëlle & Lindy came true. After years of experience as Master Stylists at renowned salons and having their own business, they opened their own beautiful salon in Medemblik: The Hair Boutique. Together they were eager to embark on this adventure, to develop themselves and take their careers to another level. And after a major renovation they could finally open their doors at the end of last year. Unfortunately, the fun was not long-lasting, as COVID measures soon forced them to close their doors again. But after last month's green light, 2022 really does seem to be their year!

"Working together as sisters and thus bringing out the best in our clients is what we love most right now. In doing so, of course we like the diversity of different clients, but we especially distinguish ourselves in putting balayages and highlights. What we find important is the customer experience when visiting our salon. Here we always strive for high quality and in addition we want the appointment to be easily accessible."

This accessibility is reflected in the appearance of the salon, where a client immediately feels welcome and at home, but combined with a touch of luxury that can also be found in the treatments. "While we do our utmost to bring out the best in our clients, they can dream away and relax in our massage chairs. But in addition to the luxury in our treatments and products, we also find it important to think about sustainability. Not only for the environment (we only use cruelty free products), but also for the quality of the hair. This is why we only use products that are free of parabens and sulfates."

In the start-up phase of a new salon, we naturally had to look for a reservation system. It was important for us that it was a clear and user-friendly tool, which we and our clients could easily work with. Kelly Derks (salon consultant) introduced us to Aimy. What especially appealed to us during the online demo was the customer friendliness, helpfulness and the total package the program has to offer. Soon the decision was made to start working with Aimy.
