Growth Manager (32-40 pw)
Aimy is a fast-growing startup with the goal of providing the best digital customer experience to all salons worldwide. We already work with the best and leading salons in the Dutch hairdressing market and have partnerships with the international manufacturers in the industry.
Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a Growth Manager, who will ensure that our (international) sales channels are used even better and expanded rapidly at home and abroad. Curious what we have to offer? You can read it in this vacancy!

A commercial creative who loves coming up with new ideas to win more customers for Aimy. Someone who is enthusiastic, with a hands on mentality, who not only wants to come up with ideas, but also loves to help put them into practice.
Profile of candidate
- Completed WO/HBO education
- 1-3 years of work experience is a plus, but definitely not a must.
- You are eager to learn and pick up things quickly.
- You are proactive and come up with your own inventive ideas to generate new customers.
- A creative mindset with an eye for commerce.
- Experience and affinity with social media is a strong plus
Job description and duties
- You will have a challenging position at the interface of sales and marketing, where you will be directly responsible for developing and expanding new and existing sales channels.
- Fun varied work such as developing new marketing campaigns, giving digital demos to new sides, to setting up joint sales campaigns with our international sales partners.
- You will have a lot of freedom to help think of areas for improvement to better deploy new sales channels and set up new marketing campaigns.
- You will work closely with the founders and have many opportunities to develop yourself.
- Many growth opportunities in an international scale-up.
This we offer
A cool workplace within a fast growing organization where you can develop yourself. Flexibility and personal responsibility are very important to us. You can work from our office in a creative co-working space in The Hague or from home. Your salary will be determined based on your knowledge and experience, but will be between € 3,000 and € 3,500 gross per month based on a 40-hour workweek. We offer you a year's contract, with a view to a permanent position. You will also receive 25 vacation days and a training budget to stimulate your development.
The successes we achieve need to be celebrated, of course! Therefore, we regularly go out to dinner together and like to end a working week with a drink.
