The genesis of Haar& Kappers
Over thirty years ago, I took my first steps in the hairdressing profession. With experience gained at various salons and during a variety of fashion events, I built a strong foundation in hairdressing. Twenty years I spent as a senior hairstylist at Gerard Vos hairdressers, where I expressed my passion for hair. When this business ended, I saw my opportunity to open my own salon.
Four years ago the time had come - after thirty years of experience, I decided to take the plunge and start my own salon. Hair & Hairdressing was born. I came up with the name as a corruption of "hair." The salon is conveniently located in the heart of Hilversum, just a two-minute walk from the train station.
It is very nice to be independent now and to fill my time as I see fit, and Aimy plays an essential role in that. I set up Aimy completely according to my own needs and desires, so that my schedule is filled to the fullest. Another plus is that the account is set up quickly and conveniently and also communicates with my ATM.
Being self-employed, it is very nice that my clients are now accustomed to scheduling their own appointments. This prevents me from being disturbed by the phone and allows me to fully focus my attention on my clients. The ease with which Aimy generates the bills and communicates with my ATM is a true blessing in my daily operations.
