The past year has been a year full of growth and innovation for Aimy. Let's look back together at some of the highlights we experienced this past year.
1. Added more than 100 improvements and features
We don't say that Aimy is an innovative and innovative salon software lightly. We are constantly improving existing and coming up with new features. We do this to give you the best experience. 2 New Customer System: Our customer system has received a complete upgrade, making it better and faster than ever before. With improved features, you can now:
* Quick and easy customer search. 🔍
* View a customer's complete history. 📚
* Navigate directly from appointment details to customer details. 🚀👤
* View a customer's latest color card. 🎨
3 Upgrade Reports: This feature allows a salon to visualize its entries, sales and revenue data as well as filter and export 📊
4 Bookings update: With our new pop-up feature, you are always instantly informed of the latest developments in your online bookings. New bookings are indicated with a green "+" icon, while cancellations are shown in red and with an "x" icon. Always clear and well-organized!📆
5 Google Reserve: When you use Google Reserve, your customers can schedule appointments directly through Google. By linking with Aimy, the availability in your calendar is taken into account! An additional benefit of bookings through Google Reserve is that a review email is sent directly from Google, making it easy for you to increase the number of reviews.
2. Active in 3 countries: BE, NL, FR
One of the most exciting developments this year is our expansion into France! In addition to our presence in Belgium and the Netherlands, we now have the pleasure of supporting salons in France. We started 5 salons in the fall, and the goal is to expand this by 2024. C'est beau !
3. Growth rate of 400% and 1500+ active salons
Thanks to the trust you have placed in Aimy, we have experienced impressive growth. In just one year, we have seen our number of active salons increase to over 1,500, which is a growth rate of a whopping 400%. This shows that Aimy is not only appreciated, but has become essential for many salon owners.
4. Team Growth
Of course, all these wonderful improvements and highlights were not possible without a dedicated team! In 2023, not only has our salon software grown, but so has the team. We have grown from a team of 7 employees to a team of 15. This allows us to innovate even faster and provide the best possible support.
We look back with pride at all the wonderful developments of the past year. But what else are we looking at? That is what the future brings in 2024! In any case, we are ready to make 2024 a great year too! 🌟✨
