At Aimy, we are constantly improving and expanding our software to make your salon experience even better. That's why we're excited to announce some exciting new features that will be available soon. Here's a preview of what you can expect.
1. Forms
Want to gain more insight into your customers' wants and needs before they come to the salon? Our new forms feature lets you send customized questionnaires to clients based on triggers. Imagine a client has booked a balayage appointment - before they arrive, you can ask them questions about their hair color and gather other relevant information. This way, you can better prepare the treatment and make the salon experience even more personalized. Best of all, you can also customize these forms for different types of appointments, whether it's wigs, lasers or extensions.
2. Availability page
With our new availability page, managing sick or leave for your team will be a breeze. This module will soon provide a better overview of the availability of your salon and employees, making it easier to create rosters and manage leave requests. Best of all, it has a new look and usability, so you can work quickly and efficiently without hassle. The new availability page is automatically implemented for everyone as soon as it is ready, so you don't have to change any settings.
3. Upsell at the checkout
Want to increase your sales by offering additional services to your customers? With our new upsell function in the checkout, you will soon be able to easily set which additional products or services you want to sell with specific treatments. As an employee of the salon, you will be notified of this. For example, set to automatically offer a matching shampoo with each color treatment, or add a relaxing head massage to the paint wash. By adding these upsell triggers, you encourage impulse purchases and offer your clients an even better experience.
